Quotes, approvals and production
The scope, quantity, schedule, price and any recurring subscription terms for a publishing service are confirmed in the quote or order documentation we provide. That agreed documentation takes priority if it differs from general information on this website.
Your practice is responsible for providing complete and accurate practice information, checking each proof and approving final practice-specific content before publication or printing. Production dates and delivery estimates begin once all required information and approvals have been received.
Changes requested after approval, custom content, non-standard artwork, additional proofs or changes to print quantities may affect price and timing. Any additional cost will be confirmed before the related work proceeds.
Cancellation, renewal, payment and refund terms depend on the selected service and are supplied with the quote or order. Please contact us for the current terms that apply to your service before ordering.
