Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Our Service.

What is covered by these terms?

These terms apply to all subscriptions whether for content and/or publications that are published by Pex Publications Pty Ltd (hereafter also referred to as we/us).

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accept these terms.


Except as permitted by Australian copyright law, you may not reproduce, re-publish, re-distribute or re-use any of the publication content in any way, shape, form or channel without the explicit permission of Pex Publications Pty Ltd.

You may not on-sell subscriptions or content to a third party.


Unless specific arrangements are made, all subscriptions for print material are priced to include delivery to Australian addresses only.

We will deliver the number of print copies that you have ordered to your specified delivery address and email address (if applicable) for the selected editions you have nominated (except where delivery falls on days when we are unable to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control). Note: we take no responsibility for the safe delivery of Your Doctor if you have not provided a suitable physical address or receptacle to receive delivery of the package.

Whenever possible delivery will be made prior to the beginning of the month of the selected editions that you have ordered. Should you not receive your order three days after the beginning of the month, you must inform us so we may follow up on your behalf. Claims for non-delivery will not be accepted after the fifth day of the edition’s publication date.

Managing your content

Changes to personalised content: You are responsible for your own personalised content. You can request changes to your content by submitting a review using our online changes and proofing tool or at any time by emailing changes[at]yourchiro.com.au.

Changes by us: We will make all attempts to ensure the accuracy and integrity of general information and other content. We are not liable for typographical errors, spelling mistakes, out of date or inaccurate information within your personalised content.

Deadlines: Requested changes to your personalised content are applied to the edition currently in production at the time of receiving the request. Production deadlines are published in advance on yourdoc.com.au and are included in our Notice to Subscribers that accompanies each delivery. We will always communicate any change to a production deadline at least four weeks prior to the date.

Managing your subscription

Changes to your subscription: You can stop or suspend your subscription, amend the quantity on order and change the delivery address or any other contact details at any time by emailing us at changes[at]yourchiro.com.au or by calling us on 1300 661 553.  Changes will be applied to the edition in the current production cycle or other future edition on request.

Production Cycle: The production cycle ends at midday (AWST) on the 5th or previous working day, of the month prior to relevant edition’s publication date. Eg, the production cycle ends on 5th October for the November edition. Once the deadline has passed, a new production cycle begins. The production cycle for the January edition may vary due to public holidays, closures and availability of services during the month of December.

Stop/suspension by us: We can stop or suspend your subscription at any time and for any reason (including due to unavailability of distribution services, or for security or technical reasons). Your subscription will receive a pro-rata refund or credit (at our discretion) of any subscription fees paid in advance (unless we have stopped your subscription because you have breached these terms).

Pricing: The price of your subscription will be confirmed to you when you subscribe. The prices as displayed on this website are in AUD dollars and are inclusive of GST. International subscriptions do not attract GST.

Changes to pricing: We can change the price that you pay as long as we provide at least five working days’ notice to you. If you do not wish to continue with your subscription at the new price, then you can cancel your subscription with effect from the production cycle deadline of the next edition.

Payment: You agree to pay your account by the due date shown on the invoice sent to you. Where you have agreed to pay by direct debit or credit card we will deduct the subscription due on the 1st of the month for each requested order, until you notify us that you want to stop your subscription in accordance with these terms. It is your responsibility to provide valid credit card details and ensure those are kept up to date at all times. If we are unable to debit your account for any reason, we will notify you and suspend your subscription until the payment is able to be processed.


Terms and Conditions: If you subscribe as part of one of our special promotions or offers then the specific terms and conditions of that promotion or offer will also apply - if any of the promotion terms and conditions conflict with these terms and conditions then these terms and conditions will override the promotion terms and conditions.

New subscriber special offers: From time to time we make special offers that are available to new subscribers only. To be eligible as a new subscriber you must not have an existing subscription or have had a subscription to Your Doctor in the previous 24 months. We may take the delivery address and/or business principal into account when assessing your eligibility. 

Subscription: You will likely be required to provide direct debit/credit card payment details when you sign up for a promotion or offer and your subscription will then renew automatically at the end of the promotional period at the standard subscription price unless you cancel.

Cancellation: If we cancel your promotional subscription for any reason (eg non-payment), you may not be able to later re-subscribe at the same promotional price.

Refunds & Cancellations

All refunds will be processed in accordance with the payment method selected by you at the time of your purchase. Additionally, as part of the measures we employ to secure your privacy, we will only refund to the credit card or electronic funds transfer to the account used for the original transaction. No refunds will be processed to any other credit card or bank account.

Requests for cancellations and refunds must be made by email to changes [at] yourchiro.com.au. Cancellations and refunds requested are applicable from the edition currently in our production cycle when notice is received. Subscriptions may be refunded in full, in part, or not at all. Under Australian Consumer Law, Pex Publications Pty Ltd is not obliged to refund if you have simply changed your mind, found a similar product cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.

Personal information and Communication

Any errors made in providing your contact information and order details are your responsibility. We will confirm we have updated our records with you, for all requests received.

Privacy: The personal information we collect about you when you take out a subscription will be used for administration purposes such as billing and delivery, and to contact you from time to time with information about Pex Publications Pty Ltd products and services, including contact from other companies within the Pex Publications Pty Ltd group of businesses. Further information about what information we gather, how we use it, and to correct or change it can be found in our Privacy Policy.

You are entitled to have access to, and request correction of, your personal information by writing to Pex Publications at PO Box 813, Mount Lawley, Western Australia 6929 or calling 1300 661 553.

Communication and notices: You automatically are opted in to receive our future competitions and offers via email. We can communicate with you and give you notice in writing to the most recent email or physical address you have given us, or by calling the most recent telephone or mobile number you have given us. General Terms

Disclaimer of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Pex Publications Pty Ltd and its employees and agents are not liable in contract or tort (including negligence), equity or on any other basis to you or any other person for any loss, injury or damage incurred by you in connection with your subscription, whether direct, consequential, incidental, special, indirect or other loss or damage whatsoever including without limitation, damages for loss of life, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the product or information contained therein, the delay or inability to use the product, the provision of or failure to provide goods or services, or any information, products or services obtained through Pex Publications Pty Ltd.

Law: All offers made, contracts concluded and services provided by Pex Publications Pty Ltd are deemed to be made and provided in Australia notwithstanding the location of you or Your Publications or the publisher or distributor of any newsletter or any other person, shall be governed exclusively by Australian law, and the Courts of Western Australia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any such matters involving or alleged to involve Pex Publications Pty Ltd.

These Standard Subscription Terms and Conditions may be modified from time to time, and you agree to any such modification and understand that you are responsible for regularly reviewing these Standard Subscription Terms and Conditions which can be found on www.yourdoc.com.au.

We can make changes to the content, inclusions, features and structure of any publication at any time.
